These terms govern your use of Kinande+, a Kinande–French–English dictionary and learning application owned by Jeremie Vindu and published by StartBoomDigital.com. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
Kinande+ provides dictionary, learning, offline access, comments, and community-contribution features intended to support the discovery and preservation of Kinande.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use contribution features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and activities performed through your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.
Contributions and comments
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By contributing, you grant Kinande+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit, translate, reproduce, and publish that content as part of the dictionary and related educational services. Content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated may be removed.
Dictionary content
Dictionary entries are continuously reviewed and may contain errors or regional variations. Kinande+ is provided for general educational purposes and does not guarantee that every translation or example is complete or suitable for a particular use.
Intellectual property
The app software, design, branding, and curated database are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Bulk extraction, resale, or redistribution requires prior written permission.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
You may stop using Kinande+ or delete your account at any time. Access may be restricted when these terms are violated, when required for security, or when required by law.
